If you've been with us every step of the way in the first and second package, than this is where the rubber meets the road. It's no longer ‘Business As Usual." We begin the actual implementation of the business plan and help create a better value proposition for your company. Duration: Can last from 3 months to 6 months. We're basically holding your hand and walking you through the entire process of developing a stronger product while fine-tuning the performance of the online and print brands.
Cost: $35,000 retainer.
Monthly billing between $5,000 to $15,000 depending on the level of our day-to-day involvement and how many of our editorial consultants are involved in producing content for your properties.
THE EXIT STRATEGY:
We do the legwork - and the dirty work - of hiring and firing for your company. We work with your HR department, outside headhunting firms, and senior management to better define job descriptions and roles of key employees within the company. We then help them solve any daily issues that may arise by offering outside counseling on an as-needed basis.
